Therapist

I believe therapy is a sacred space. I have the honor to walk alongside clients as we discover new paths to healing. I work from a client centered approach, as you are the expert in your own life. Some of my core values that show up in the room are respect, compassionate care, and body liberation. As a queer native person (a member of the Blackfeet Nation) liberation is a guidepost for me. I also recognized my privilege as a white passing, cis-gendered, currently able-bodied person.
