Clinical Social Worker/Therapist
I am a Clinical Social Worker/Therapist here at Liberating Jasper and in my own private practice, the Inner Counsel, PLLC. I am an educated, white, cisgendered, bi, alternative lifestyle affirming (poly, kink, group living, etc…), petite female-bodied provider striving to be conscious and accountable in the work of acknowledging my privileges. I deeply respect the authority of diverse lived experiences and am invested in the active dismantling of domination based paradigms be it in body, identity, relationship or society.
My work with clients is inspired by the nurturing of mind-body-spirit connection and informed by an eclectic approach tapping into the beauty of neuroscience, the skills of evidence based practices, mindfulness and movement, creativity, and the honoring of each person’s own capacity and desire to heal and grow. With my clients, we focus on the innate intelligence and wisdom of our bodies (somatic) through a trauma informed lens and invite into the space a conversation with lived experiences and relationships that have shaped our learning along the way. In an inclusive and supported space we nurture compassion, awareness and empowering narratives.
I currently accept adult clients (18 and up) of all genders. No insurance currently accepted. My fees are $100 per 50 minute individual session and $120 for initial 90 minute intake. In effort to make healing services more accessible for all, some weekly sliding scale sessions are offered on an as needed basis. Please contact for more information. Session availability Monday through Thursday via Telehealth.
My passions include spending time with mama nature, stretching, eating good food, quality time with loved ones and fur babies, art & music making, writing and geeking out on new learning!
I treat people who want holistic care, focusing on exploring the intersection of mind and body. What is your bodies story? How does that impact your mental health? Your physical health? I can help you have a better relationship with food, body, and exercise. I help those with disordered eating and those that cope with chronic health and pain issues. Nourish yourself by giving time and attention to you. In our work together, we will focus on your narrative to unravel the connections and help you understand why and how you function. When we discover how we function, we can unstick the dysfunction.
I help you gain a better relationship with yourself, utilizing intuitive eating and health at every size principals. I am uniquely trained in both therapy and nutrition and hold a certified nutrition license (CN) in addition to my training as a mental health counselor. My approach is collaborative and centered on your needs.
I practice from an attachment theory lens, and utilize narrative therapy, feminism theory, and existential theories to support our work together. I use other techniques and skills as needed, such as mindfulness or trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Talking helps, reach out to me at , or

As a clinician who is devoted to body liberation, my approach is weight-inclusive and non-diet. I am here to support you on your healing journey by using practices that are not only evidence-based but also rooted in social justice. I practice from a feminist, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive perspective. My modalities include a blend of CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic work.
I strongly believe that there is no one “right” way to have a body or mind. Neurodiversity and body-diversity are the principles on which my work is founded. As a cis (she/her), white, bi, fat, able-bodied clinician it is important to me that my work with clients is anti-oppressive. There will be times in our sessions that you may challenge yourself, so it is extremely important that you feel safe, supported, and seen.
I work with teens (16 years old and above) and adults of all genders. As a clinical social worker, I offer my clients not only psychotherapy but help accessing additional resources in their community. My session fee is $100 for individuals and $125 for families/couples. I do not accept insurance currently through my private practice but do offer several sliding scale spots. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey!
I personally believe that therapy is about finding your authentic self, turning suffering into joy and eventually happiness. It is my passion to develop a genuine relationship with my clients, build rapport and safely have difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and experiencing your authentic-self including your pain. I will work with you to tune into your true self, recognize your unfavorable coping mechanisms, and discover self-compassion.
My therapeutic modality is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Therapy has both benefits and risks. During the course of therapy, you might notice a change in your symptoms, problems, and functioning. Since we will be exploring challenging aspects in your life, you might experience greater difficulty throughout our work. Therapy typically, produces benefits over time but sometimes as you get to the root of tender issues, you may feel them even more acutely than in the past. I cannot offer any promise or guarantee about the results you will experience. However, as you commit yourself to work through your vulnerable issues and build upon your strengths, it is likely that you will see improvements throughout our work and in the future.
I offer therapy service for individuals. I see clients 14 years old and older. I do not offer case management services, which include but not limited to providing paperwork for disability, unemployment, custody, adoption, foster care, car accidents and any type of legal issues.
